Community Impact

All revenue generated from the Carmel-by-the-Sea 5K will go to Girls on the Run Central Coast Inc. Based in Monterey County, Girls on the Run Central Coast builds confidence and physical activity among today’s youth. Learn more at gotrcentralcoast.org.

Route

Course will begin at the intersection of San Carlos and 9th in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Participants will head toward the coast by way of Carmel Mission. The return journey along Scenic Drive is relatively flat and fast. The event will be timed and USATF certified. Sand and sea reserved for post-race enjoyment. Bragging rights and perpetual award given to 1st place male & female finishers. See full map here.
